Pop, you suggest that NEOM file a plan with the SEC to buy shares? Really?

Per the recent shareholder notice, NEOM can't afford to file documents to lift the DTC chill; how do you propose they file much more costly documents to permit a share buy-back plan. The proxy statement for the reverse split would have much higher priority if YA is to allow NEOM to stay in business, but NEOM can't afford to pay for that either. And I can assure you that YA would never, ever allow a single dollar leave NEOM for share buy-backs until the entire amount of its $40 million of debt and $5 million of preferred stock is paid off.

So this is all a moot point because if NEOM could pay to file a share buy-back plan, they have no money to actually buy back shares.
