Alf: I don't believe Laura is overpaid. I am not sure the point of adding more dilution to her salary but I do think she should file a plan with the SEC to buy shares.

Is it unfair for a start-up CEO to make $60,000, and have millions in shares, before they have $1 in revenue?

No, for the same reason Laura is worth her base: no competent person would do it for less.
