jazz5201, I fail to see how any "quiet period" has anything to do with your inability to provide a current phone number or address for the company, or name the current CEO or CFO.

Those items would not be subject to any "quiet period" non disclosure as they are not material items as defined by the SEC.

I ask again, what is the current address and phone number for SRGE corporate office and who is their current CEO and CFO?
