I don't agree with it personally and believe that if a company is found to be a scam, they should suspend the stock indefinitely until a buyout, settlement, or other resolution. That is just my opinion though and perhaps I should have stated it.

Just because you don't agree with the securities law that only allows a 10-day suspension even for a scam and that SRGE wasn't unlawfully suspended indefinitely as you opine a scam should be, doesn't mean that SRGE is legitimate.
