walldiver, io_io - GTOP;

<<(GTOP bombed a trial a few months ago - why would this analyst be so confident now ?...>>

GTOP needed a p value of 0.0002 in the ttp endpoint to achieve stat sig in the first interim look...

This is undoubtedly a high-risk stock to be in prior to each unblinding.

All small cap biotechs are high risk.

I continue to find it odd that anyone thinks a trial failed when any interim look fails to lead to early unblinding. [Internal unblinding by the safety monitoring board for the interim looks should not be confused with unblinding to the public.]

NHL (one of a number of "fastest-growing cancers") seems ideal for testing autologous vaccines since the antigens are the genes of the most mutatious of all cancers. LSBC, with rights to another of Dr. Levy's vaccines, asked the FDA for approval for a Phase III pivotal trial after only a small Phase I with indications of efficacy. LSBC had a bit of trouble explaining to me how they might get to market in the first place with GTOP's vaccine ahead of them with Orphan Drug designation but such niggling details never have seemed to bother LSBC.

IMHO the prospects for the vaccine are excellent. The prospects for GTOP may be less so considering the strange expectations as I see them.

Best, Terry
