GTOP needed a p value of 0.0002 in the ttp endpoint to achieve stat sig in the first interim look (after approx 120-140 events) at their Phase III in follicular NHL. That is a very high bar to jump over. Their second interim look (approx 180-200 events) needs to show a p value of 0.0026 to achieve stat sig. There will be many more patient events for the second interim look, but that's still a high bar for look #2. The second look will probably be around July/August 2006.

This is undoubtedly a high-risk stock to be in prior to each unblinding.
