Yeah, another thing definitely overlooked. The time frame set is utterly impossible. Pretty much admitted by the "taskforce" as they have stated they are willing to file legal actions against any brokerage unwilling to comply. How long would this take? That would guarantee this thing be stretched out months if not years.
