fung_derf....maybe my post was a bit ambiguous...

I was just stating that if there is a final dispursement of funds to the CMKX shareholders (probably unlikely, I know) then the brokerages/nasty nekkid shorters will have to pony up and pay out for the shares they shorted. If they are showing up in a trader's account, then the brokerage is responsible for those shares.

That, I know as fact. And if the task force thinks otherwise....well in my estimation, they are on crack.
