Lets say the average dilution is 10 Million a quarter, lets go outrageous and say worst case senerio we have 100 million dilution.



Why on earth would you pick 10 million OS increase a quarter average when ANDI has not had UNDER a 10 million OS increase a quarter in the last 2 years?
