Phil, I know it doesn't come under MPEGLA, and that's the beauty of fractals. What I meant to say is that all of the customers that pay royalties to MPEGLA should be the target focus of funds, energy and time; not Panik.
The similarity of what Mike1991 hinted at and what I stated is that when we were expecting a product in 2000-2004, all of the excuses were Panik....DFI...then DFMI.....then? I would hope that TMMI will progress on their own path and not use someone/something as a scapegoat. With the new management team and the impressive Advisory board members already in their positions, I'm sure they will.
