From the wayback - it appears they were on the 3rd floor for maybe 4 - 5 months in 2011 and than moved to the floor in the sky that isn't there.
And the 3rd floor temporary office space were where you posted those pictures from. I assme that was the time they also stopped by the Cinco mines to tidy up the place and add their stickies to the tanks.

And as far as that "parking lot attendant" - the building shows they have "security" in their advertisements for office rental.
So you can toss out that argument he was some random guy hanging out parking cars.
