SRGE can't stop the investigation into their criminal activity.
It seems as Janice has pointed out all documents signed by Michael Davies are void since he doesn't exist.
So the Form 15 will be invalid and the SEC can revoke the stock - SWEET!!!
This is huge on both issues - the Wall Street Journal will bring the pain to SRGE and MoMo - plus the SEC now has a way to further punish SRGE.
