Nanoviricides through the Wayback Machine.

Bunny's recent post inspired me to do a little web crawling.

From DaBoze:

I cannot recall a single instance where the NNVC management has not produced the results they predicted. In the long run that's all that will matter.

Among the "results they [NNVC management] predicted" are the timelines for the testing and approval of various nanoviricides. All images here were taken from past versions of Nanoviricide's web site, courtesy of the Wayback Machine:

July 14, 2005 - we were supposed to have a cure for AIDS by the end of 2009:

December 20, 2005 - The cure for AIDS has been delayed a year. Flucide appears -- Glory be! It completed phase 3 trials in 2010 and has no doubt been in the pharmacies for over 2 years. Who knew?

December 13, 2007 - Oops, looks like Flucide completed phase 3 trials in 2011, not 2010. But at least we go a cure for rabies in the same year. That AIDS schedule has slipped too.

February 20, 2009 -- Nanovirides' management finally gets smart. Their pipelines no longer have any dates.

Yes, Seaside keeps tossing more shares over the fence. But if NNVC was the near sure 200 bagger that the boosters here think, the smart money would be on the other side of that fence snapping up every share and the price wouldn't be in the low .40s. I think the above images explain why the smart money is AWOL.

Also, if you look at the second image you can see that the time to get the IND approval, do tox studies, phase I, phase II, and phase III trials spans from early 2006 to early 2010, so that wildly optimistic chart estimated 4 years for those items. Today we need an IND approval, tox studies, phase I, phase II, and phase III trials, and the construction of a manufacturing facility, and yet the boosters here say that can all be done in 2 years!
