went to the gigabyte.us site

searched for nusb3hub.inf nothing..
but did get to

http://download.gigabyte.com.tw/

and will have to search for 64-bit nusb3 files those two you mentioned...

and seems to be for gigabyte motherboard only.. nothing happens when I click on "Go"
