He could have issued a PR as bb suggests, which outlined exactly what the SEC suspended him for. However, that seldom happens with these microcap stocks. Thus, silence isn't unusual.

What if the main issue for the SEC was the stock issuance, or subsequent potential dumping of it? Totally separate from the unaudited financials.

Also one shouldn't worry about legit. A distributor of tags, while collecting royalties on the side is legit. That seems to be the business model. But what about accrued value for stockholders?

Thus, you have possible SEC problems outside of sales figures, and a business model where accrued value for stockholders is non-existent, as it is currently.
