Do you really think he's going to put out a PR when that's what got him into this mess in the first place? I'm satisfied for the time being as long as the financials continue to be released in a timely matter. That gives me enough faith that he is legit because to release fraudulent numbers with the SEC all over you would be insane.

I can't foresee an uplist to the pinks anytime before Q4. As has been discussed many many times this is going to require a lot of patience and the result will be either a huge windfall for or a giant tax write off.

I think all longs have become comfortable with that risk / return proposition at this point.
