My guess is that it is the Schadel private residence or that of someone they know. Cleanstar is listed in the quarterly reports as the leasor for the corporate headquarters for around $650 per month. I wouldn't be surprised if Ryan's wife owns Cleanstar as some sort of other business and leases the portion of their home that is deducted for business purposes. Saves money, though not the most ideal arrangement for public perception.
