What does everyone think about Frank raising the authorized to 50 Billion shares in August from 28 billion in April? Don't companies usually raise it when they have no more left to issue?

Of course the number of shares outstanding is important. Every investor should want to know it to figure out if the stock is underpriced or overpriced. It is the whole basis for determining market valuation of the company. (OS X share price). At 28 Billion shares out it gives Q about $126,000,000 market valuation or market cap. I'd bet since the A/S was increased on August 24 to 50 Billion shares it would indicate they had exhausted the 28 Billion A/S raise from April 14, 04. So by now the O/S could be well over 30 Billion. If the company would un gag the transfer agent we would know the exact figure. Surprised more investors here aren't asking Frank to do just that. I mean its your money he's playing with.
