well put--- I think the simple answer is usually the correct one. Common sense and looking at the normal patterns for pink sheet companies is helpful.

Companies RAISE their authorized when they have run out of shares to issue. Triangle has RAISEd their authorized twice in the last year: first from 15 billion to 28 billion and then again from 28 billion to 50 billion in August '04.

In the absence of clear, current information from the company I think the simple, common sense answer is to assume this is like most every other pinkie and that the outstanding number of shares is now in excess of the 28 billion figure.(since why else would the A/S be RAISEd?) In my opinion since 8/04 I'd think they have issued at least another 10-15 billion shares which puts the issued number at over 40 billion. (all in my opinion but it could all be easily cleared up by the company)

Why did they RAISE the A/S from 15 to 28 billion and then again to 50 billion in August if they hadn't issued the shares? Its not complicated. Keep it simple folks.
