otcmarkets.com shows 14 last May. At a minimum 6 branches = 6 employees + CEO + John Cary III = 8 so anyway you want to put it 6 is not accurate imo.
They show 240k in the red but if you just look through the notes in the SEC filings you linked you see nearly that much or more in non cash charges which are also referenced in this PR released Nov 30
