I am not voting for a R/S under any circumstances. We can stay off the NASDAQ for all I care. Focus on increasing sales, and the share price will follow. A R/S will result in a 1 for (whatever ratio they decide) reduction in our asset value, and you can take that to the bank!

Think about it... there are over 250 million shares outstanding, maybe now more like 400 million. To buy controlling interest, there must be a massive increase in volume (not all can be T trades can they?) That will push the pps up markedly. Who's to say that isn't all we get out of CERP anyway?

No R/S, and if a buyout comes, we profit in the short term. Believe me, it could be worse!
