The only thing I can think of....is their wanting to do some sort of share restructuring to accomidate some plan to get back on the Nasdaq since their ready to start generating some serious sales. I don't care what anybody says, i believe very few companies in the OTC are taken seriously by the investment world IMO. Hopefully development costs will go way down for them since they've established that new process they announced in December. Now they've more then doubled the size of their staff for production. I just can't see this company doing a R/S and/or raise in the A/S JUST to dillute more shares in order to make a damn payment. They just did that. If they gotta do it again then they might as well throw in the towel. Think about it. They would be wrecking the entire company value to make interest payments on debt. Doesn't add up.
