That's the way I see it. Skeptics can think shareholders get nothing or are tossed into the wind? It happens in the nasty crooked world of some business people but all shares are common here with SRGE with no one party owning complete control of 51% and the PR flow has continued even after the suspension. And this line I don't think is for shareholders to think they don't get anything out of a deal or merger particularly if they PR to shareholders about the direction the company is taking. Seems the acquisition has occurred IMO. From the Jan 23 PR. Notice "SENIOR MINING COMPANY."
