Sure it's private now IMO but why worry about purchase details if it was not going public at some point in time? Purchase details is what we wait to see. Now people can speculate what that will be. I think likely nothing to shareholders of SRGE other than a simple merger. But I agree 100% with MoMo. New exchange and obviously now a new company name. But we can all continue to raise questions as we are waiting for more details.
