Neither does the insiders. Since they can just issue themselves as many Preferred Stock as they want.

They talk about Pref. Stock on Pg 13 of the 12/13/12 financial. But they don't show any at all Auth nor OS on the Balance Sheet.

Pretty sneaky but typical of the scum running this scam.
