There is alot of blabbering going on here.
We can speculate on and on about possible interactions between FQ/INMET/PTQ/PDI/Unknown company.

Lets just all agree that there is smoke coming out of inmet/ptq. And i think its not just an indian signal fire but a big mushroom cloud.
There is a huge fire going and important things will all be agreed upon in the background. For sure PTQ has had a sit down with FQ/inmet.
The mining sector in panama is small, i believe the big shots all know eachother and have eachother on speed-dial no?

I am quite sure that we havent heard of PDI spin off and Red Kite loan because something has been agreed upon in the background but cant be released just yet. First a takeover must occur.
Then things will be set in motion again.

For now, dont you think that PTQ can go on with investing in spain with the cash flow it has now?

Please explain to me how you can make a deal with a company and its CEO if that company is being taken over? Wouldnt you rather wait till the situation stabilizes?
