What your saying they had no product that is working?. Company said they had working product had great test results to. Now they want testing at Intertek. That odd part of all this is, a problem turned up they had to fix, this is relating to the non functioning magnetrons. They chose to incorporate a modification in the testing protocol why? finished other lab modifications and proceeded to reconstruct and test the MCMHU. Maybe testing will start again, we just have to wait it out.
Im still waiting to see the plug on the end cord three years now May runs on three AAA cordless LOL.
