i agree, some impatient investors are bailing. That CEO letter was depressing for some I've talked to because it spoke to the slow decision making process for health plans, etc. Some saw that as a signal from the company as that it will take several months or years before any thing happens. I saw it differently. I saw it as a signal that it's happening right now and we'll hear about it within a few months or maybe a few weeks.
