The "why" I think is pretty simple. The results were not as WDRP had hoped. Not a big deal, so as long as there are changes that can be made to the Unit to get the desired results. A little refining , some retesting, maybe a little more refining and then hopefully a fully functioning Unit. GO WDRP GLTA GW323.
