Well given this has always been about a vendetta against Bandera starting with the Petelongs character (who apparently has a Mexican lawyer supplying documents just like yours ;)) and stories about Bandera were planted before accusing them of death threats which went no where beyond the Mexican Newspapers - I assume it won't be too difficult for those running this little dog and pony show down in Mexico to come up with a plan like that.

I must say - this cinco thing has quite the curse. Didn't petelongs reference an article where a Bandera or Barnett ex-employee and his lawyer were gunned down a few years back?

This is nothing more than a vendetta that has been going on for years. You guys just got pissed Bandera provided a recent video of the Cinco mines looking very much abandoned and that made you guys look like liars. I am sure the SEC will be looking at those videos to add to the questions they already are asking. the mine after all was pressed to be operable - and it looks far from it.

So you guys with the vendetta have upped the Ante. And I am sure it would not be to difficult for some "powerful Mexican" to plant another story of Bandera being responsible for the deaths of the CEO and CFO that never existed in the first place.
the Bandera expose obviously hurt you - to go to extreme measures like this - and I do mean extreme.
