Mike, IMO the first business in this situation, should be contacting the Siler family to determine the status of the leases on their property.
We don't even know if willy still controls them or he has pizzed them away by inaction or failure to perform. Sickening to think he may have FUed such an opportunity. He is a stupid, inept, bumbling
excuse for a CEO.
