3M raises dividend for 55th (!) consecutive year:

The new annualized payout will be $2.54 (up from $2.36); at the current share price, the new payout represents a dividend yield of 2.5%.

3M also announced a $7.5B share-buyback program, although there is no specified time period for the buying.
