dia duit, if you look at the SEC exhibits in the Marco case where they listed the transaction report for his most recent dealings, you will find gaps in the transaction numbers associated with CMKM share transfers. While one would normally think the SEC removed those because they were not " marco related" you will find many transactions listed that were not marco related that were included.

That leaves the company as the one that deleted them prior to sending it to the SEC. Now, why would Kevin do that? We know they removed the transactions involving the so called revocation of the casavant shares (about 17 billion worth) but that does not account for all of the missing transactions that were made during that time. Understand that Kevin "gave" his shares allegedly to Hodges, then somehow he managed to own $12k worth of Dinar! Imagine that!

You guys chew on that for a bit, call the SEC and verify whether it was the company that removed those transactions or if it was the SEC. Sounds like a job for Janice...
