Give us a single reason to believe in anything going forward with current record????

It is my understanding that management has historically increased assets, stockholders equity and earnings per share year over year.

Management has stated it feels issuing shares at such a low P/E will not negatively impact shareholders going forward.

This really boils down to whether managements historical performance is enough to convince you that they can achieve what has been stated.
