If we cant trust the capexplan then noone can trust anything the company says, with the A-shares Solomon have 63% of the votes he raises Authorized shares over morning cofee if he likes.

Its not accredetive to issue shares below PE 1 or atleast noone believes it if you don´t prove it.

with 40m in net income for 2013 against 130m shares you have a real non waos EPS of 31c of what we know now, do you still feel the capexplan is a useless thing? give us a single reason to believe in anything going forward with current record????
