So did he mean that similar number of shares would be issued -- as you say -- or similar amount of money would be raised -- as you said in your earlier bullet item?

He stated an "equivalent" amount when asked if share issuance in 2013 would be the same or less as 2012. The conversation starts at 34:45 in the recorded conference call.
