Ì´m sorry Bill Hilly you don´t know what you talk about at all now, if you think you do i emplore you to lend me $100k in a private loan and i promise you full disclosure of my economy and a 10% interest, you´ll get them back may 2014 (maybe), in mars i will without notice deceide on my own without informing you that you will get 2% interest instead and your money back 2015 instead, and btw you wont get full disclosure of my economy anymore either, not sure i like you to see the latest turns on my balance sheet nomore, by june i relize i need a new car so i´ll just lend another $100k from you and you don´t get to deceide if you wanna participate cause then you will only get $50k back of your initial money, in august i relize that the interest is getting a bit much to pay cause the new car had an accident so i deceide that now you will get 1 % totall a year on your $200k, by november you need a better paycheck at work cuse by then the interest is getting reversed so you need to pay me for lending your money, and did i fail to mention? repayment date is now 2020 (maybe)...
