If they have one quarter done, why was it not released?
They would still have six quarters remaining to just to catch up thru 12/31/12.
My concern is that this is Rik's first foray into the world of public reporting. I'm sure he thought he had more time. He was probably listening to those people on this board telling him the deadline was 3/31/13. I sure wish he had listening to the other posters who said 12/31/12.
IMO, there is no conspiracy by someone at the SEC to shut Ants down. They didn't file in a timely manner and now they are paying the price. Did Rik have any shares? I didn't see that he did so it may be to his advantage to start fresh again with a new company which of course means that existing shareholders get wiped out.
