good timing, i just got a call from ANTS IR and spoke to them again.. most recent update is their attorneys are looking over the letter now and they're hoping to get it our by end of the business day. he also said they're working on filings, have one quarter done and still have 5 quarters to go. also said when the letter is released, it'll have reasons as to what is going on, why, and how they'll fix it by showing a timeline.

that's all i have for now.. hopefully that letter will be out soon.
