the people here are invested in SRGE - not Bandera. I assume they should be more concerned with why the SEC suspended SRGE and it now trades on the GREY Market. The SEC didn't mention anything about Bandera - or even ownership of the mines (although I imagine they will check into it at some point) as their reasons for the suspension.
Blaming Bandera for their woes is as bad as blaming NITE. It is totally senseless. if it turns out SRGE can make a claim to ownership - so what - it changes absolutely NOTHING with the suspension and grey market.
