Then why didn't catch the lies and fraudulent press releases issued by SRGE?

It seems the SEC looked at all of the evidence and found SRGE guilty of fraud - hence the death penalty of being sent to the greys - it seems you posted about it:

No grey market stock can prevail
it is kind of the purgatory for all stocks
once they are on grey market they can never get out
the bandera scam is coming to an end soon
