All those points of negative conjecture can be countered. Just because Google doesn't come up with results doesn't mean they are fake btw!!! Lol!

Point 1) these are private investment cos/investors out of Europe

Point 2) is nonsense..MathersResearch exists and has been around since 2001. Based in Switzerland.

Points 3) and 4) As to points 3 and 4 there are many reasons for gagging TA and going dark. Share buyback, not having to pay TA for all the wasteful calls from timewasters, saving money..etc..

Point 5) and 6) trust companies set up in Mexico for SRGE to gain ownership of properties.

Point 7) So what? Audited financials are bleedin expensive and an unnecessary expense for startups.

Point 8) Davies doesn't want death threats and wants to keep a low profile in Jalisco for obvious security reasons

Point 9) is pure BS again. SRGE owns the concessions. It's on Govt sites but not been updated yet on others.

Point 10) is just a pile of (garbage).

Point 11) is also nonsense..the complaint was in May 2011..SRGE investors tour was in April 2012. Decals were never removed. SRGE owns the concession titles and has Surface Agreement with the local Agrarian Community.

SRGE have Alejandro De Leon Garcia and Alfonso Sanchez Navarro on the SRGE Board of Directors. They are giants in this region.
