Mike, I am unable to speak to what type of violation "might" have occurred...but I stand by my thought process that there was a development serious enough that the corporation filed an official SEC Form (8K)...show me where this has occurred elsewhere; I maintain that there was a possible breach of insider information forcing this filing to comply with SEC Rules...maybe I'm wrong, that can happen. At this point, I am more interested in Judge Jackson responding to the various motions in question, especially those that affect VRNG award amount and ongoing royalties versus the result Google is high five'n about ...Vringo has already enough to make an appeal stick....the legal process/protocol of his ruling on the laches at the 11th hour is burning in my stomach....I don't have enough invested here to really worry about it, but at least I was not pulled in at the highs...didn't catch the low either, but I'm OK.
