Colorado Gold Mines, Inc. is a development stage company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, mining and processing of precious metal properties. The Company's operating interest includes the development stage Keeno Strike Silver Property located in the southern end of the Spring Mountains on land administered by the United States Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in the Yellow Pine Mining District of Southern Nevada. The property consists of a continuous block of 12 unpatented, 20-acre lode-mining claims for a total of 240 acres. The mining claims are current with the BLM and Clark County, Nevada. The claims include the historical Monte Cristo Mine and the Keeno-Mint workings near Porter Wash.

The Keeno Strike Silver Property is favorably located in close proximity to existing infrastructure, including Jean, Nevada just off Interstate 15, a regional airport, rail, water supplies, telephone services, gas and electrical power. The close proximity to transportation and basic infrastructure coupled with the historic silver mining operations strongly suggests the Keeno Strike Silver Property would encounter a minimum of technical and environmental difficulties in the transition from a conceptual project to an operating silver mine. Also, there are numerous existing historical mine workings in the area, which should mitigate political and environmental objections to a new operating mine.
