What Negative talk about eDoorways exactly?

What exactly is negative about the following regarding eDoorways?

* No Audit since 2009

* Not one Product for sale as of 1/29/2013

* Gary is generating no Revenue

* Gary decided to take compensation instead of reinvesting into his Company

* EDWY is under a DTC Chill

* Gary won't answer what state Intelligent Health Care LLC is located in




What exactly is negative about these things that are Very Real.
Who exactly is responsible for this? ;)

If the above things are Negative shouldn't they easily be proven incorrect?




Maybe Gary needs another contest until he can erase the alleged Negative talk about his Company? :)

Poddy, what do you think is the Real holdup that is preventing Gary from getting the Audit done? His last Audit was in 2009, does he not follow the SEC Calendar for filing deadlines?
