NDX made a new higher high, and that needs to be addressed in the COMP also.

By that logic, doesn't NDX need to address the lower low made by the COMPX just 2 days ago?

Isn't this something now, referencing lower lows & higher highs just 48 hours apart. Imagine that! {G}
