No, in 5 days Wanx has to cease using the name. A123 will still exist and will for some time until the CH11 is finalized and creditors are paid their percentage.
As I stated, they could emerge out of 11, but it is uncommon to have a ch11 emerge after selling off assets at auction.

Many Q stocks emerge after 11, but they did not auction off their assets. This is a different situation than most Q's
