You really think they care about what these boards say Pete, they already have your money and there's not going to be any investigation, no 60 minute special, BPAX is in a long line of crappy bio's, and won't be the last. What will happen is the merger, the R/S and those pathetic CVR's are written up in the S4 so that they can pull the rug from the shareholders at the last minute.
