Fuel's paradise or fool's paradise?

You'd think a journalist would know enough to run a Google search on something before having an article on that subject published. This Mills guy (the "scientist" mentioned in the article) has been around for years, always "just months away" from bringing a first prototype to market. If he actually had something as revolutionary as he was stating 5+ years ago, we'd know it by now...

Let this serve as a warning to all potential heretics tempted to fall asleep in their high school / college physics classes...
