I am not surprised to hear that about the ABAT suit!!!

My ex partner was a lawyer. He told me one of the big games here in the US is to pick the firm that sues you, quickly get the class action certified for them, settle for chump change to the class clients but let the law firm take a handsome easy pay off settlement for the law firm, and then no one else can sue on that issue and ask for a huge settlement and drag it out more. The idea being to make sure a so called friendly law firm sues you less than a greedy law firm, LOL!!!!

What a screwed up world we live in!!!
